PEACE ADVENTURE

This is what we Northern folks do in Springtime (which is mid-May up here). Ryan (with the baseball cap) is a fishing Nazi and we could barely tear him away from the Peace River. He would love to have had a 10 pound dolly cooking on this fire but unfortunately it was catch and release at this time.

We think that we got Megan and Ryan hooked on camping, as this was one of their few experiences of life in a tent. Hopefully, we can have another camping trip with the two of them after we are back from our East coast sojourn.

In the space of three days, we had torrential rain, 2 inches of snow, hail and thankfully some sunshine as well (all of this selection on one day). But all in all, it was a great weekend out and a successful first go in our new camper.
